sTARTING A project

We work with builders, architects, landscape designers and homeowners. If you already have a design then the easiest step is to reach out and connect us with your builder / general contractor, architect or landscape designer. We’ll look for your team to partner on a timeline and advise on budget parameters. Please be sure to let us know if the project is a renovation or a new build.

If you do not have a general contractor and are unsure about your design yet, no problem — we can start with a set of inspiration photos and partner with you throughout the design process. Make sure to prepare your inspiration photos, so that we can hit the ground running.

dESIGN PROCESS

We’re happy to work with you on the design process and look forward to making your vision a reality. Depending on the below, we'll provide a design quote to be paid before start. All design work requires upfront payment with all design funds applied to the final bill upon project delivery / installation.

• Inspiration photos

• Renovation or new build

• Any applicable drawings

• Rough measurements (we will confirm all measurements on-site)

DESIGN REVISIONS

Every design engagement includes two sets of revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged according to size of scope change.-

deposit requirements

All projects require either a 25% or 50% deposit, depending on job size. Deposits must be paid within 30 days of quote in order to secure spot on schedule. Quotes older than 30 days are also subject to modification due to fluctuating costs of materials.

INSTALLATIONS

We offer full installation. We are also happy to pass to your general contractor or preferred vendor with clear instructions and hardware for installation.

FINISHES

We offer patina, paint, powder coast, polish. Both ferrous and not ferrous.

INSURANCE

For your safety and ours, we carry insurance up to $1,000,000. We are happy to adjust coverage to meet your needs. Please request a COI from us before starting your project.
